A full re-roof will involve a strip-off of the existing roof covering (whether that be slate, tile or any other roof type), the old battens and felt (if there is any at all). We will then replace this with a layer of vapour permeable underlay, tanalised roofing battens and roof tile option of your choice. There is a huge choice of tile profiles, colours and texture. All necessary lead work will be inspected and replaced where necessary. This is also a good opportunity to insulate the loft whilst your roof is off. The roof will then be ridged and hipped with either a wet or dry ridge/hip system.
